1.Macau Explorer shall act in accordance with the official announcements of the organizer and reserves the final right to adjust the event, revise the event plan and allocate seats. No separate notice will be given for any relevant changes. (If customers request non-splash seats or other special arrangements when booking, our agency will make a note thereof but cannot guarantee the fulfillment of such requests, with the real-time on-site arrangement prevailing.)
2.Submission of a booking does not constitute confirmation of the order. The earlier the booking is made, the higher the probability of order confirmation.
3.Seats are assigned automatically by the system and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited ticket availability. Single seats or non-adjacent seats may be assigned. By confirming the booking, the customer agrees to this rule and shall not raise any objection to the seat assignment result.
4.Event schedules, temporary suspension of the show due to maintenance and other relevant arrangements shall be subject to the official announcements. Our agency will notify customers and arrange alternative show dates within 24 HOURS upon the release of the official announcements.
5.Special offers for House of Dancing Water tickets will be launched from time to time, and ticket prices are subject to market fluctuations, with the final price prevailing at the time of transaction. No separate notice will be given for any temporary adjustments. Refunds or changes to tickets are not permitted for passengers who have completed the ticket purchase.
6.Infants aged 2 or below may enter the venue free of charge without a seat, provided that a valid identity document is presented and the infant is accompanied by at least one adult. Due to pyrotechnic effects, loud audio, water features and other elements in the show, children under 6 years old are not recommended to attend. Children aged 12 or below must be accompanied by at least one adult to enter the venue.
7.Customers shall bear full sole responsibility for their round-trip transportation to and from the venue. In the event of any change, delay, suspension, postponement or cancellation of sea, land or air transportation services, customers are not entitled to ticket refunds or exchanges.
8.To avoid any delay, we recommend arriving at the venue at least 1 hour prior to the show for ticket collection.
9.For safety purposes and in accordance with relevant requirements, ticket holders may be subject to inspections of personal belongings and packages upon entry to the venue. Any items deemed dangerous by the organizer (e.g., glass bottles, knives) are prohibited from being brought into the venue. Customers who refuse to undergo such inspections or comply with any applicable safety procedures may be denied entry to the venue, with no refunds or compensation provided whatsoever.
10.Special Privilege Holders of The House of Dancing Water tickets are entitled to a 20% discount on selected F&B services at City of Dreams Macau and a MOP 200 shopping voucher (the promotion is valid until 30th May). The redemption of all discount vouchers shall be subject to the final decision of Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited.
